The Sweet Tune of Death pt 2

The Sweet Tune of Death pt 2

Hello everyone! I truly hoped everyone enjoyed my first part of “the Sweet Tune of Death”

I hope that you can sit down and bear another essay. This one couldn’t be as clear as I wanted to because of the conflicting stories and due to it being “fresh” a lot of opinions have been mixed in. Quite frankly, If I wanted an opinionated convo, I would simply go into a manga blog. And we all know how dangerous that can be if you log in at the wrong time. But I digress.

I want you to imagine that you are sitting in your car with a few of your friends. You’re trying to figure out your night plans while the music is playing, louder than normal. A guy comes up to your car, white perhaps middle- age, and starts to scream at you about your music. You stare at him with an incredulous look on your face. The man stomps backs to whence he came and your boys are laughing and joking about the guy. And then out of nowhere you’re fired upon by some guy you’ve never seen in your life, let alone know. As you’re still being fired upon, you’re trying start the car to drive but your body won’t move. Blam! Blam! Blam! The shot keeps hitting you until you can’t feel anymore. In your last breathe you see one of your friends reach out and start the car. Somehow he manages to get the car moving and drive away.

This was probably the thought process than ran through the mind of 17 year-old Jordan Davis and his friends. How could some lunatic just walk up to someone’s car… and just shoot? For no particular reason?  But that is what exactly Michael Dunn did late one night. Apparently, Dunn disliked the music booming from Davis’s car. When Dunn asked Davis to turn down the music, Dunn said that Davis failed to do so and cursed at him. Dunn walked back to his car where –apparently Dunn pulled out a shotgun, threatened to kill Davis and that’s where Davis tried to get out of the car. Okay yeah, sure. Let’s go with that reason for self-defense and pretend to believe it.

Dunn now proceeds to draw out his 9 Millimeter pistol, locked in a fully loaded clip, and shot ten times. This is another “was it really necessary moments?” No, it was far from it.

Here’s the big shocker, Dunn claimed Davis kept escalating the augment until Dunn felt that his life was in danger. So he shot. Dunn said he viewed the teens as gang members with their loud music and booming bass and such.

Now as I said before I would try to make this as detailed as possible but honestly this is as much as could scrap up without going into the trial details. BUT…… next time around I will go into the full blown Sparta trial cases of these two events and trust me I found info on that. So stay tuned. Happy reading!!!
